米醋 Rice vinegar-1.5大匙
砂糖 Sugar-1大匙
鹽巴 Salt-1/2小匙

鮭魚 Salmon—1/2片
鹽巴 Salt-適量

雞蛋 Egg—2個
砂糖 Sugar-1/2小匙
鹽巴 Salt-1撮
豌豆 Snow peas—2~3片
白芝麻 White sesame—1小匙
鮭魚卵 Ikura—1大匙
